It is mainly used for sorting the raw materials according to the size of the particles, so that the users can analyze the size composition of the raw material particles. The characteristics of the test sieve structure: the product is compact, low noise, high efficiency, accurate accuracy and so on. The screen material is brass, tin bronze and stainless steel. 2.36um-100um nickel plating process can not only improve mesh accuracy, but also prevent mesh deformation, firmness, abrasion resistance and durability.

The key points of the test screening are as follows:
1. The characteristics of the material being detected. It is usually used to test the powdery and granular materials with good fluidity. If the material has a certain viscosity, agglomerate, and adsorbability, please choose the time to choose the suitable model.
2, the feed volume is generally within 300g, so as not to affect the accuracy of screening.
3, the granularity of the feed is generally between 0.038 and 3mm.
Test screening method:
First, determine the standard sieves to be selected according to the checked materials and corresponding standards.
Two. The standard sieves are stacked on the pallet base from the bottom to the top according to the size of the holes, and the standard sieves are positioned by grooves or positioning screws.
Three. Put the material in the top end of the standard sieves, (or cover the top of the standard sieves) and then press the standard sieves with the sieves on the silk column, and tighten the nuts on the silk columns to press the standard sieves. (Note: the two sides should be consistent and locked with locking screws. )
Four, put the timer switch in the corresponding position, (notice to read the timer, different settings set the time is different) and then open the power switch, the test screen starts to work.
Five. After the test screen is stopped, unscrew the nut on the wire column, remove the sieve head, and carefully remove the standard sieves.
Inspection standard for wire screen test screen before use:
1. Observe the screen appearance of silk screen with or without filaments and inconsistencies. The screen is observed on a uniform lighting background. If obvious defects are found in the uniform appearance of the net, such as knitting defects, creases and impurities, the screen is judged to be unqualified. 2. Check the mesh. Check the appearance of all meshes and check the large-size mesh for later measurements. Mesh holes with a mesh size deviation of more than 10% can be identified by the naked eye. At the same time, the arrangement of large mesh holes and the local unevenness caused by the knitting can be checked, that is, the mesh distortion. If any oversize mesh is found to exceed the maximum allowable deviation, the screen is judged to be unqualified. 3. Measure the average mesh size and wire diameter on the sampling part of the sieving device. Judge whether the screen is qualified or not. 4. The verification of the screen frame of the test screen. In the national standard, the screen is equipped with wire mesh screen with diameter 200mm, 100mm and 75mm. In the process of testing, the diameter of the circular screen should be used as much as possible. In the case of very small material and very small material, small diameter sieves can be used. For larger mesh size, 300mm screen or square screen can be used. Larger screen size can be used if the mesh size is larger than 25mm and the volume of material screened is larger.
Test operation and verification of the test screen before operation. 1, the sieve should be smooth and can be tightly overlapped with the cover and the tray. 2, trial operation is an important step to check whether the equipment can be used normally. When the power is turned on, check whether the equipment has abnormal noise. 3. Because of the different users' use environment, the user decides to connect the electricity to the 380V industrial power, not the 220V, otherwise it will easily cause the circuit tripping, and the equipment can not operate normally. 4. The time delay relay is used to set the running time of the equipment. It is better to check the test screen to meet the requirements of the timing stop by setting the running time after setting the running time.
