Description Precision sieves, fine screening machine
XZSJ series fine screening machine is a new type of high standard and precision screening equipment. It is widely used in metallurgy, mine, chemical industry, medicine, grain and other industries. This series of equipment has the material on the screen surface to do the reciprocating movement, the screening is more accurate, the screening efficiency is high, the screen use rate is high, the seal is good, no pollution, it is an ideal large-scale environmental screening equipment. Compared with the existing vibrating screen, the new type of fine screening machine has the advantages of advanced and practical structure, stable and reliable performance, convenient installation and debugging, large amount of treatment and high screening precision.
The structure of fine screening machine is mainly composed of screen box, driving device, screen rack, supporting frame and vibration damping device. (1) the sieving box consists of a screen frame, a sieve, a sieve, a spring card and a bouncing ball. The sieve frame is mounted on the upper and lower two layers of screen. The screen is tensioned on the sieves by the spring on the sieves, and the jump ball is set in the grid of the sieves; (2) the drive includes the drive, motor, locking sleeve and locking. A circular nut, a stop washer and a conical sleeve, in which the conical sleeve is fixed on the screen frame, the drive shaft of the driver is set in the conical sleeve and is connected and fixed by the locking sleeve. (3) the upper part of the fuselage is provided with an observation hole to facilitate users to observe the operation of the screen surface and inspect the screen.
Features and advantages of fine screening machine:
1, screening efficiency is high, accurate to 6 level separation, screening efficiency up to 90%-95%;
2, high utilization rate of screen, using silicon rubber ball, ultrasonic and other high efficiency net cleaning device system, sieve hole will not be blocked.
3, small space occupation, easy installation and use, less vulnerable parts, acceleration is 4.5 times lower than that of vibrating screen, screen life is improved and maintenance is reduced.
4, processing capacity, up to 5 times the unit area output, easy to use in line production matching;
5, no pollution, low noise, closed dust removal, safe operation, noise less than 75 dB.
